The houses · 5 to 11 bedrooms
First chapter
Evermore's houses range from 5 bedrooms and 3,724 sq ft to 11 bedrooms and 7,818 sq ft — room for up to 32 guests under one roof. Every bedroom has its own bathroom; the living room gathers everyone in front of 75-inch TVs; and the full gourmet kitchen shares duty with a real outdoor kitchen, gas grill by the pool.
And the pool is private, heated and saltwater — the backyard is yours. Inside, game rooms with arcade machines, foosball, pool tables and shuffleboard; select 10- and 11-bedroom models add an indoor slide and a theater room with a 221-inch projection screen. It is the architecture of the family reunion: grandparents, children and grandchildren together, nobody split across hotel rooms.
Orlando's math changes when the group grows: eight hotel rooms become a single house, with a dining room for everyone, full laundry and breakfast on your schedule. Quinceañeras, anniversaries, the family trip of the year — the house becomes the center of the celebration, not just the place to sleep.

For families of up to 11, the flats are Orlando's smartest format: 1,900 sq ft, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms — three king suites and a bunk room the kids will fight over, with three twin beds and a queen. Full gourmet kitchen, in-unit laundry and premium linens, just steps from the Evermore Bay beach.
There are two architectures: two-story walk-ups with private porches, and five-story towers with elevators — where the upper floors earn the premium lagoon view. Parking beside each tower, the resort's internal shuttle and ADA-accessible units in both styles.
The bunk room is the project's quiet masterstroke: four beds, its own bathroom and a summer-camp feeling that turns cousins into best friends. The adults keep the three king suites — and everyone sleeps well before the park gates open.
The flats sit steps from Evermore Bay: the morning starts with coffee on the porch and ends with the kids on the white sand before lunch. It is the logic of a beach resort — in the middle of Orlando, minutes from the parks.

The heart of the resort is Evermore Bay: 8 acres of crystal-clear water — depths running from a true zero-entry beach to the 12-foot Blue Hole, with a rope swing and jump platforms — ringed by 20 acres of white sand. Around it, heated pools, a four-person raft waterslide, private cabanas with overwater hammocks, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards and fire pits for the evening s'mores ritual.
The table keeps pace: 14 restaurants, bars and cafés — from the Italian trattoria to the Polynesian tiki lounge, from the beach bar on the sand to the food hall that delivers to your house. For the adults, 36 holes of Jack Nicklaus-designed golf with an island green; and, inside the resort itself, the Conrad Orlando hotel adds a full-service spa and fine dining.
Morning in a kayak, afternoon in a cabana with bar service, sunset on the Blue Hole rope swing and the evening around the fire pit. A full vacation day without getting in the car — and without a queue. It's the "rest day" that competes with the parks.

Before you go
Practical information for anyone considering Evermore for the first time.
The resort has four families of accommodation. We mainly sell the houses and the flats — and help you choose the right one for your group.
Orlando works year-round — and so does Evermore Bay, with heated pools for Florida's mild winter. Summer (June–August) is hot with afternoon showers; the year's end concentrates the magic and the crowds.
The variable that matters most is lead time: large houses and school-holiday dates — July, Christmas, New Year's — call for booking months ahead. For groups of 20+, the earlier we talk, the better the options.
Walt Disney World® borders the resort; Universal and SeaWorld are a short drive away. Renting a car is the norm — every house has its own parking, and the flat towers have spaces alongside — but an internal shuttle runs through the resort, and house guests can rent golf carts.
Orlando's airport (MCO) is about half an hour away by car. We arrange transfers for those who prefer not to drive on arrival.
Brazilians need a valid US visa — appointment lead times vary, so this is the first item of the plan. We handle the rest of the paperwork: bookings, tickets and confirmations organized before departure.
In the houses and flats, daily housekeeping is optional and on your terms — many prefer total privacy, others the hotel service. The resort has a single gate with 24-hour security and on-call maintenance.
