Every Domus flat is a complete, brand-new apartment with floor-to-ceiling windows: a real living room, a kitchen equipped with Bosch appliances and quartz countertops — dishwasher, Nespresso, cookware and a set table — and its own in-unit laundry, with washer and dryer. There are 171 units across 12 floors, all brand new and furnished to the same standard — what changes is the size and the view. We help you choose the right one for your group.
Miami works year-round. From December to April the weather is dry and perfect — and the city buzzes: Art Basel, regattas, F1. Summer (June–September) is hot and humid, with afternoon showers and a calmer city that is more generous on rates.
The variable that matters most is lead time: high season and event weeks sell out the best flats — and the partnership's opening rates last only while the building is news. The sooner we talk, the better the conditions.
Miami's airport is a short ride away — we arrange the transfer. In Brickell, daily life happens on foot; for the rest, ride apps solve it, and those who prefer a car have 24-hour valet at the building (paid service, no self-parking).
Entry is digital: check-in and keys through the Domus app, with a team in the building 24 hours and bell services to store luggage before check-in or after check-out.
Brazilians need a valid US visa — appointment lead times vary, so this is the first item of the plan. Reservations under guests 21 or older; we handle the rest of the paperwork before departure.
The flat is prepared before arrival; daily housekeeping is optional, on demand (paid service through the app). A 100% non-smoking building, with quiet hours from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m. Dogs are welcome — up to ~50 lb, one per flat, with a fee — and service animals, always.
