Private aviation · Jets & Helicopters

The sky, on your schedule

A jet that takes off when you arrive. A helicopter that turns two hours of mountain road into twenty-five minutes of scenery. Private aviation is not an indulgence: it is the difference between spending your trip in transit — and making the journey the best part of the trip.

3,000+airports and altiports within reach of business aviation in Europe alone — many times the network served by scheduled airlines
15 minfrom the car to the cabin at the private terminal — no queues, no carousels, no connections
25 minby helicopter between the airport and the ski resort in the Alps — instead of roughly two hours of mountain road
100%on your schedule: the aircraft waits for you — never the other way around

Why fly private

True luxury
is arriving with time to spare

Every trip has an invisible cost: the hours lost between check-in, security lines, connections and the baggage carousel. In business aviation that bill simply does not exist. You drive up to a private terminal, the team carries your luggage from the car to the aircraft, and minutes later you are airborne — at the time you chose.

Then there is geography: jets and turboprops land at thousands of airports commercial aviation ignores — the airfield ten minutes from the village, the altiport in the middle of the ski slopes, the island with no scheduled service. The plane stops dictating the itinerary and starts serving it.

And there is what happens on board: the cabin is yours. A work meeting or the children's nap, champagne or silence, the pet on your lap — with no audience. We work with a network of executive aviation partners across Europe and the world, and we design each leg the way we design the rest of the trip: tailor made.

First chapter

The airport you never see

A private flight begins at the FBO — the exclusive business aviation terminal, far from the main concourse. The car stops metres from the aircraft, someone takes the luggage, the captain greets you by name. There is no counter, no queue, no loudspeaker: you are asked to arrive fifteen to forty-five minutes before departure, and most of that is coffee.

On routes we arrange regularly for our travellers — Paris to the French Riviera in just over an hour, Saint-Tropez to Paris at the end of the afternoon, Lisbon to the Alps in ski season, Geneva to Lugano in thirty-five minutes — the jet turns a full day of travelling into a short, comfortable chapter between two backdrops.

  • Meet & greet — VIP reception and direct boarding, car to cabin
  • Car on arrival — a driver waiting beside the aircraft
  • Catering on board, from the essentials to a designed menu

The ritual

From car to cabin in minutes

At the executive terminal, the bureaucracy happens around you, not against you: documents checked in minutes, luggage taken straight to the hold, discreet security. At many airports the car drives onto the apron and stops at the foot of the stairs. It is the airport reduced to what it should be — a door.

The right aircraft

From turboprop to long-range jet

For short hops, turboprops like the Pilatus PC-12 land where no jet can. On medium legs, light jets like the Phenom 300 and the PC-24 carry up to nine passengers with a generous hold. For groups and longer routes, larger cabins — Praetor, Legacy — fly higher, faster and nonstop. The choice is technical; we translate it.

A living room that flies

Seats facing each other, a table for lunch or for the laptop, and the catering you asked for — from an espresso to a full dinner. The children stretch their legs, the pet travels in the cabin, the meeting happens with no stranger in the next seat. On landing, no carousel: the bags come down with you.

Second chapter

Two hours of road, twenty-five minutes of flight

In the Alps, the helicopter is almost an extension of the cable car: from Chambéry or Geneva airport to the Courchevel helipad it is about twenty-five minutes over valleys and glaciers — the same journey that takes two hours of mountain switchbacks by car, and far longer on winter changeover Saturdays. You take off after breakfast and have lunch in ski boots.

Our partners' fleet covers every occasion: from the agile Airbus H125 and the panoramic H130 — with an external basket for the skis — to the twin-engine EC135 and AS355 and the flying salons, the H155 and the Bell 429, with VIP leather interiors, soundproofing and air conditioning. For those who wish, a second pilot (safety pilot) joins the flight.

  • 5–6 seats per aircraft, with real luggage space
  • Ski basket on request — your equipment flies with you
  • Twin engine & safety pilot as comfort and safety options

The winter classic

The ski transfer

The snow starts on arrival day: from the international flight straight to the resort's altiport, skis in the basket and the whole day ahead. On the way back, the helicopter returns you to the airport in time for dinner in Paris — or the flight home.

From agile to VIP salon

The H130 offers the panoramic view; the twin-engine EC135, the face-to-face configuration; the H155 and the Bell 429 fly like a living room — leather, silence and space for a season's worth of luggage. Between agility, capacity and comfort, there is always a right aircraft for your route.

Riviera, islands & skylines

Nice to Monaco in seven minutes over the blue of the Mediterranean; Manhattan seen from above; the seaplane landing on the lagoon in the Maldives: in many destinations, the flight is the most vivid memory of the whole trip.

Third chapter

The moments when a private flight pays for itself in time

Not every trip calls for a jet — which is exactly why, on the ones that do, it changes everything. The ski season with the family and thirty pieces of luggage. The itinerary that strings three cities into one week. The island with no commercial flight at a decent hour. The celebration where nobody wants to start or end the day in a queue.

Our job is to recognise those moments in the design of the itinerary and propose the right flight — sometimes the whole trip by jet, sometimes a single strategic helicopter hop that gives you back half a day of holiday. The luxury is in the precision, not the excess.

  • Snow — altiports and helipads in the heart of the resorts
  • Islands & coast — helicopter, seaplane and short hops
  • Groups — the whole cabin for the family or friends

The ski season

This is when private aviation delivers the most: small mountain airports, slow roads and bulky luggage. Jet to Chambéry or Geneva, helicopter to Courchevel or Méribel — and the first run before lunch.

Riviera & Mediterranean

Paris in the morning, the sea in the afternoon: the French Riviera is just over an hour from the capital by jet — and Saint-Tropez, Monaco and Cannes connect by helicopter in minutes. At the height of summer, when the coastal roads stand still, the sky stays clear.

Islands & places with no airline

Greek islands with no direct flight, the Italian lakes, Tuscan villages, atolls in the Indian Ocean: the last leg is where a trip usually gets stuck — and where a thirty-minute hop solves it. Geneva to Lugano, for instance, takes thirty-five minutes in a light jet; overland, a whole afternoon.

The arithmetic of time

First class or private jet?

The right question is not which is better — it is which leg each was made for. The flat bed shines on the transatlantic crossing; the jet, in everything that happens after you land on the continent. The refined answer is usually a combination of both.

The ocean crossing

Commercial first class

On long-haul flights — Brazil–Europe, Brazil–Asia — first class on the great airlines remains unbeatable: a real bed, ten hours of sleep and a rested arrival. It is the leg where the scale of commercial aviation works in your favour.

  • Where it shinesintercontinental crossings and major hubs
  • The limitfixed schedules, connections and the airport at full size
Door to door

Jet & helicopter

Within the continent, the logic flips: the jet leaves on your schedule, from a terminal with no queues, straight to the small airport near your final destination. Door to door, legs that would consume an entire day — connection, waits and road included — fit into a morning.

  • Where it shineshops of 30 min to 3 h, multi-destination trips, remote places
  • The bonustotal privacy — the cabin, the schedule and the route are yours
The house answer

The hybrid design

Our signature: first class across the ocean, private aviation on the continent — with the logistics stitched together. The airline's team already advised of your arrival, the jet waiting at the executive terminal next door, the car on the tarmac at the other end. One single trip, with no visible seams.

How it works

From request to touchdown, without friction

Chartering a flight sounds complex — and it would be, if you did it alone. With us, the whole process fits into a few messages. This is how a private leg is designed into your trip.

Step 1

The request

You tell us the route, dates, number of passengers and luggage — including skis, golf bags or the pet. You do not need to know aircraft: turning that into options is our problem.

One messageNo commitment
Step 2

The options

Our partners quote the aircraft available for the leg — from turboprop to wide-cabin jet — and we present a clear comparison: flight time, capacity, luggage and what is included. All with taxes, handling and catering already considered.

Clear comparisonAll inclusive
Step 3

The confirmation

Aircraft chosen, we send the operator's contract and handle the paperwork: passengers' passports (and the pets'), catering preferences, ground transfers. You sign; the rest is on us.

Certified operatorsPaperwork on us
Step 4

The briefing

Before the flight you receive the flight brief: the exact terminal with address and phone number, reporting time, crew, cars confirmed at origin and destination, and the catering on board. Nothing is left to chance.

Flight briefEverything confirmed
Step 5

Flight day

The driver picks you up at the hotel at the agreed time. At the executive terminal, fifteen to forty-five minutes separate the car from take-off. On board, the cabin is yours; on landing, the bags come down with you and the next car is already waiting beside the aircraft.

Door to doorNo queues
Always

The follow-through

We monitor every leg from Brazil, in Portuguese, from the first car to the last touchdown. Plans changed? Private flights are flexible by nature — we adjust the time and even the route with the operator, within the possible windows.

24/7 supportIn Portuguese
Transparency is part of the standard: private flight quotes are valid for only a few days — aircraft and slots change availability all the time — and confirmation involves a direct contract with the air operator, with a clear cancellation policy presented before any decision.

How we travel

What changes when Mundo Kaa designs the flight

Chartering a plane has become an app commodity — and that is where the risk lives: wrong aircraft, wrong airport, loose logistics. Our value is in what happens around the flight, not only in it.

The right aircraft, not the most expensive one

A turboprop lands ten minutes from your hotel; a light jet does the leg in half the time; a wide-cabin twin carries the whole family with a season's luggage. We translate route, luggage and occasion into the right technical choice — and explain why.

Audited operators

We fly only with operators certified by the European authorities and industry audits, recent aircraft and professional crews. When the route calls for it, we suggest a twin engine or a safety pilot — to us, safety is a criterion of luxury.

Logistics stitched together

The car that picks you up at the hotel, the terminal already advised of your arrival, the driver waiting at the foot of the stairs at your destination, the hotel ready for early check-in. The flight is one leg; we design the whole line.

The details on board

Catering the house way: the chilled sparkling for the celebration, the children's light menu, the genuinely gluten-free meal. A car seat for the baby, room for the pet, the skis in the hold — everything arranged beforehand, nothing improvised.

A broker's transparency, not a seller's

We present the options with times, capacities and conditions side by side — including when the honest answer is "on this leg, it is not worth it". The cancellation policy and the operator's conditions arrive before the decision, never after.

24/7 support, in Portuguese

Weather in the Alps, a change of plans, a delayed airline flight the jet needs to wait for: we track everything from Brazil, in real time, in your language. Any surprise is solved with a message.

Know before

The essentials, without fine print

Practical information for anyone considering their first private flight.

The categories, in one minute

Business aviation is organised by size and range. Knowing the category helps the conversation — choosing the exact aircraft is our job.

TurbopropPilatus PC-12 and similar: 6–8 seats, lands on short strips no jet can reach. The king of short hops and tiny airports.
Light jetPhenom 300, PC-24, Citation CJ3: 6–9 seats, ideal for 1 to 3 hours of flight — the workhorse of European routes.
Midsize & large jetPraetor 600, Legacy 650 and beyond: stand-up cabin, 8–13 seats, transcontinental range and a flight attendant on board.
Helicopter5–6 passengers, takes off and lands where planes cannot go: ski resorts, yachts, city helipads. The perfect final leg.

Luggage: the right question

On a private flight there is no allowance by the kilo — there is hold volume, which varies by aircraft. A light helicopter takes three to five suitcases; a light jet, a family's luggage; ski equipment travels in external baskets or dedicated holds.

That is why we ask about luggage before quoting: the answer changes the aircraft. Soft bags help on helicopters — and none of this is yours to solve: describe what you are taking and we do the sizing.

Documents and pets

Flight confirmation requires the passports of all passengers — and of the pets, which in business aviation travel in the cabin, with their health documents in order. We check the route's requirements before booking.

International flights within Europe usually use executive terminals with their own immigration — the formality exists, but it happens in minutes and without queues.

Weather and flexibility

Helicopters see the weather: mountain flights depend on visibility, and the operator always decides on the side of safety. That is why every Alpine transfer of ours is born with a surface plan B — a premium car on standby, no drama.

The flexibility is real, with windows: bringing a departure forward or delaying it is usually simple; bigger changes depend on slots and the operator's schedule. Peak dates — New Year, winter holidays — call for booking weeks ahead.

To add on

To make the trip even more yours

Layers that fit naturally into a trip that flies private.

01

The flight that becomes a tour

Some legs deserve a detour: rounding Mont Blanc on the way to Courchevel, following the Riviera coastline instead of the direct route, crossing Manhattan along the Hudson corridor. The pilot knows the way; we arrange it.

02

The celebration on board

The proposal with the snowy valley below, the birthday with the cake waiting in the cabin, the anniversary toast at sunset over the sea. A private cabin is the most exclusive party room there is.

03

The whole group, together

Three generations of the family and thirty pieces of luggage; the New Year group of friends; the wedding that changes country. Wide-cabin jets carry up to thirteen passengers — and when the group grows, we arrange aircraft in convoy.

04

Snow: the complete package

Our seasonal speciality: airline flight to Geneva or Paris, jet or helicopter to the resort, skis in the basket, car on arrival and the chalet ready. The Alps page shows where this shines.

05

From the jet to the yacht

The helicopter lands on the port's helipad — or on the right ship's deck — and the trip changes element without touching a queue. It pairs naturally with our luxury cruises and the Mediterranean summer.

06

The pet that travels with the family

In business aviation, the pet boards through the same door as you and travels in the cabin, by your side. We handle the health paperwork and the destination country's rules — and advise the operator to prepare the welcome.
