The charter
From the beach, everyone sees the same sea. From on board, it is another sea entirely: deeper, cleaner water, the coastline gliding past in slow motion, a silence no beach club can sell. A private yacht is a floating villa — except the view changes whenever you wish.
And nobody needs to know how to sail. Every charter we design is crewed: a professional captain who knows each cove by name, a deckhand and full on-board service. You choose the rhythm — swimming, a long table, music, a nap — and the yacht works around it.
It can be a full day, a sunset, a weekend or a week sleeping on board. Mundo Kaa takes care of the rest the way we do with every trip of ours: the right yacht for the occasion, the route drawn with the captain and the complete logistics — from the flight to the transfer to the marina.
The fleet · Custom 35 MT
The superyacht
The largest yacht in the partner fleet is a 2023 custom build — 35 metres of aggressive lines, pale teak and interiors in black, white and marble. The main saloon is glazed end to end: even at the table, nobody loses sight of the sea.
It is the yacht for the big moments: generous aft and bow decks, a sky lounge for the late afternoon, ambient sound and room to spare for entertaining — a birthday, a proposal, a dinner that deserves a stage. At night, all lit up, the yacht is the event itself.
L-shaped lounges, a dining table for the whole group and glass all around: the saloon was designed so the party happens inside — with the Bosphorus flowing past outside. In winter it is the climate-controlled refuge; in summer it opens onto the decks.
An aft deck with lounges and tables for lunch at anchor, a bow with sun pads for the afternoon light and the upper deck as a box seat for golden hour. Each level has its own calling — and the group spreads out without anyone competing for space.
Below deck, marble corridors lead to cabins with immaculate linens and bathrooms that owe nothing to a five-star hotel — golden basins, orchids, backlit mirrors. The luxury continues where nobody is obliged to see it.
The fleet · Princess 72 Flybridge
The British classic
Built by the English yard Princess and sailing under the British flag, the 72 Flybridge is the classic of the fleet: 72 feet, fine woodwork throughout and four suites — master, VIP, double and twin — for up to eight guests sleeping on board. This is the yacht for a week at sea, not just a day.
The hydraulic swim platform lowers to water level and becomes the group's private beach, with the yacht's own tender in the garage to explore the coves. Stabilisers keep the ride smooth — and up top, the flybridge is an entire open-air living room, with bar, table and sun pads.
The best address on the boat: helm, wet bar, on-board grill, a table for everyone and sun pads in the hardtop's shade. It is where the day happens — breakfast under way, lunch at anchor, sparkling wine at golden hour.
Satin-finished wood, linen sofas and windows from bow to stern: the Princess saloon is the English living room in seagoing form, with an interior dining table, a full galley and the wine within reach. Elegance that needs no introduction.
A midship master — where the sea rocks you instead of rolling you —, a VIP in the bow, a double cabin and the twin the kids will fight over. Waking up on a yacht anchored in a silent cove is one of those luxuries no hotel rate can reproduce.

Sailing the Bosphorus means crossing from Europe to Asia between Ottoman palaces, fortresses and the waterfront timber mansions — with Istanbul's skyline closing the horizon. The most scenic day charter there is, crowned by sunset in the middle of the strait.
Türkiye's Aegean coast was made for the week on board: pine-fringed coves where the anchor drops into turquoise water, fishing villages, cosmopolitan marinas and the right restaurant in every bay. You sleep on board; you wake up to a new scene.

The arithmetic of luxury
Three honest comparisons for anyone deciding where to place their next great moment — the beach club table, the resort rate, or an entire yacht.
The best beach club sells you a table; the yacht hands you the whole sea. The cove is the one you choose, the music is yours, the swim starts from the platform — and the cost of a great day on board, split across the group, surprises anyone used to VIP areas and cabanas.
Owning a yacht means marina fees, a permanent crew, maintenance and depreciation — owners estimate around a tenth of the boat's value per year, sailing or not. Charter flips the logic: you pay only for the days at sea, on an immaculate yacht, and the rest is the owner's problem.
The luxury cruise carries the hotel around the world, with restaurants, a spa and a new port every day. The private yacht does the opposite: it shrinks the world until it fits your group. One is the journey; the other, the perfect day — and many of our travellers do both.
A day on board
A day-charter sketch to set the compass — every group draws its own, and the captain adjusts everything to the wind, the sun and the mood on board.
The car drops the group at the pier and the crew welcomes you with the yacht ready: towels, ice, ambient music and coffee waiting. Fifteen minutes later the marina is behind you — and the phone loses its importance.
The captain picks the bay according to the day's wind — transparent water, anchor down and the platform lowering to sea level. First swim, snorkelling for the kids, sun loungers on the bow for those who would rather watch.
The table set on the aft deck, with the sea as tablecloth: a menu arranged in advance, wines chilled to the right degree. Or, if the group prefers, the yacht calls at the bay's restaurant — the kind you can only reach by boat.
The afternoon is the longest interval of the day: water toys, the tender out to explore the coast, naps on the sun pads, photos that look like a magazine editorial. Nobody checks the time — the yacht is the only clock.

Practical notes for anyone starting to think about a charter.
The sea keeps a generous calendar: the Aegean and the Mediterranean have their grand season from May to October, and the Bosphorus delivers beautiful sailing days for much of the year — with golden hour as prime time in any season.
In the charters we design, the yacht always comes crewed — captain and crew are part of the experience. Menu, drinks, fuel for longer routes and extras vary by format; every Mundo Kaa proposal arrives with everything detailed in writing, with no surprises on board.
Want something specific — a wine, a cake, flowers, a photographer? Just ask while we design the charter: whatever can be brought aboard, we bring aboard.
Brazilians need no visa for tourism in Türkiye — just a valid passport. On board, the code is simple: barefoot or light soles on the teak decks, light clothing by day and one extra layer for the late-afternoon breeze.
Seasickness is rare in the format we design: you sail close to the coast, anchor in sheltered coves and the yachts are stable — the classic of the fleet even carries stabilisers. First-timers usually step off the boat converted.
A yacht is a family plan by nature: the platform becomes a private beach, the cove water is shallow and transparent, and there is shade, a place to rest and a cabin for the nap. We brief the crew in advance so the boat is ready for the little ones.
